Umm Ar-Rasas, ancient Mayfa’a, preserves Roman, Byzantine and early Islamic remains within and around a fortified settlement. The UNESCO-listed site is especially known for the Church of Saint Stephen and its exceptionally preserved mosaic floor depicting cities of the Holy Land.
